Just got back from the wsop last night, after losing in the main event on day two...went all in pre-flop for my tournament life for the first time all tournament with pocket Kings...ending up going up against pocket 8's...and as my luck would have it, he ended up catching an 8, and my tourney was over...but....i guess there's always next year.....well, back to bases...the last play I made in bases was about a month ago and it was against the cubs....and it was a loss for me.....but I'm coming out of the gates with another play against the cubs.....hoping to start the 2nd half with a W

Hell of a job just to make it to day two if you ask me..Sucks when you have a big pocket pair like that and someone gets lucky..But hey if it wasn't for luck Phil Hellmuth would never lose..

Tough beat...that's poker I guess. nice job though!

Haven't played online forever...couldn't handle when I played hands perfectly, and someone flushed out on the river with a horrible call. Playing online was bad for my health. Too many beats online. I enjoy a live game tho!

      Gl today bk....

LOL. I've encountered so many horrible players online that I've pretty much come up with a totally different way of playing when I spot one....and they're EASY to spot.

Just yesterday as a matter of fact, I had AA and anded up in a pretty big pot against JJ (pot got maxed out pre flop....it was a no limit table, but there was a cap on the max wager). Anyway, needless to say I lost, but not to trip jacks, to a freakin flush. Now what are the odds of the guy hitting a flush in the only suit he could beat me with (I had A of clubs and A of spades, he had J of clubs and J of hearts, so if the cards would have come clubs, I would have still had the higher flush).

And to make it more insulting, the dealer puts not 4, but 5 hearts on the board, LMFAO

Anyway, congrats on getting to day 2 Bookie. Maybe we'll see ya on TV :beerbang:
