Brian Bannister will make his second Spring Training start at 2:05 p.m. CT on Tuesday against the Athletics at Phoenix Municipal Stadium. Joakim Soria and Kenny Ray are also scheduled to pitch. The A's will start right-hander Joe Blanton.
