Winning day yesterday...after a rough start to the week...Early games...

Padres -114 (Germano) vs Drays 1 Unit
I'll come right back with the pads on a low number. They have a big pitching advantage today IMO with this Germano had been pitching great all year. he ran into some trouble last start, but that was against the hottest hitting team in the AL...the M's. Howell a rookie, and the Pads actually hit lefties pretty well. pads win a low scoring game.

Brewers -102 (Sheets) vs Tigers - 1 Unit
I know the Tigers are playing well, and are a very good AL team, but I have to take Sheets as a dog the way he's been throwing.

A's -102 (Gaudin) vs Astros - 2 Units
Play of the afternoon, IMO...getting a very good AL team, who is on a roll, with a starter who is top 5 in AL era, with consistantly good performances all year, as a DOG against the brutal Astros, and their weak bats, and ****ty bullpen...I'll double up this play.

Oops...just realized the Pads play had already started. I made the afternoon plays this morning...then started to write my thread, but then I got busy at work....I just came back now to finish up my writeups and post it.....sorry... SD will be a no play for records sake anyway....

Rockies +205 (Francis) vs Red Sox - 1/2 Unit
This prick has to lose someday...and I want to be on it when it happens, because his lines will be +200 until it does happen. Colorado cashed the +200 line last night against Schilling....let's go for another. Francis a very good lefty who's been pitching well the past month...and he can cause problems if you haven't seen much of him. Colorado has been playing well, and has the bats to hopefully get 3 off Beckett, and pull off a close win on the huge number. Worth 25 bucks to me.

Pirates RL +131 vs Rangers - 1 Unit
I know you don't see Pittsburgh this much of a fav very often, but the books have it right on, IMO, and I am liking this RL value. Texas has absolutely no pitching this year (worst in mlb), and tonight we get Loe...who was sent down after his last start because he was getting absolutely hammered every time he pitched...he is forced back up a week later, because of an emergency injury replacement. How do you think his confidence is? lol. On the other mound, Gorzlaney has been awesome all year. Real consistant. The Buc's bats have been hitting Texas hard all series, and I don't see it stopping tonight.


Also looking at something to play in that ATL/MIN matchup. Looking at the Over 7, as both of those big names haven't had their best stuff, and we could get some runs in the dome tonight.

yea he had only given up 3 hits and 1 walk and SO 4 and they put in Bell and he has already walked 2 and just threw an wild pitch-- men on 2 and 3
