Can someone tell me whos betting Santana at -420?

Again, you have just an above average pitcher getting a crazy line like this. To me, santana can lose this match, so why risk 420? He cant win the game by himself. I wouldnt even touch minny by -1.5. I think the value is with NAtionals at +1.5. But this is my opinion so dont start arguments because of my opinion.

This is one of the highest lines for a baseball game I have ever seen. Can anyone remember a line larger than this one?

Its not that big of a mismatch.
      NCAAF: 50-39-5 (+6.35 units)
      NFL: 36-35-6 (-2.00 units)
      NHL: 4-8-0 (-2.80 units)
      NCAAB: 7-4 (+1.75 units)

I threw them in a parlay cause I figured what are the odds of them losing but mainly it was to add value to the yanks play, and it looks so far like they'll be the downfall of the play. Only my cold streak could make Santana get outpitched by Speigner. I wouldn't touch the ml on its own tho. And it wasn't this high a line when I got it tho it was still a sick line

I'm ice right now....last night I had the Pirates, Jays, & SD. Two lose in the 10th, 1 in the 11th.... also had the DRays who got smoked after leading 8-2. GL hope the Twins win for you....also looking at Toronto late so beware

Minnesota should come back and win this game. Hell, it seems like every single underdog over +200 has a lead for most of the game then blows it late. For example look what Tampa Bay and LA both did this week. Up 4 or 5 in the 9th and they both lose.

Think I may be missing another one but you get the point, the big favorite usually comes back with a miracle win. Keep the faith.

Congrats to those that sacked up and took that fat dog.

Santana's 4.38 ERA in the baggy this year isn't all that stellar. Id wager to guess that if you bet against him every game from here on out at home, you'd probably turn a small profit based on this years record at home, which is ironic, because he's usually untouchable there!

Conversely, the Nats at 26-36 have been a good pup this year returning a tidy profit of +7.53 units.

                  Bow wow!

sorry kevin, but I have to disagree, I think its the other way around and that you'd have to have some huge melons to be dropping almost -400 on this game.

I had 12 units alone just to win 3. its ridiculous, I could imagine someone dropping REAL BIG money on this

(disregard the fact that I myself did this, not by choice mind you, but only because it happened to be a play part of our road team chase system LOL)

I was a little aggrivated that I was forced to lay -380 for that road system play myself. There are, however, 4 more games to get it back, so in retrospect, it only matters if Washington wins the next 4 in a row yet (1 X @MIN and 3 X @BALT), which is statistically not very likely, lol.

The road system requires making plays on certain teams, no matter what the line is, or what the pitching match up is, so yes, i layed -380 for Santana yesterday (not by choice, but by it being a required system play). I would never make a play on a line like that on one of my regular plays.

I got it all back today though with the Twins winning, and the system is up over 100 units for the year, so i'm not complaining.

I personally don't post the system plays, but I play them. The same ones Q-unit and SkinsFan post in their threads under MLB Road System Plays.
