The pattern continues with me not being able to get any kind of streak going…winning or losing. I went 0-4 last night dropping 3.35 units, losing all three favs and my only dog. It has been all or nothing for me lately. My confidence is as low as it has been all season and now interleague play starts up again tonight. I have a history of sucking during interleague play and dropping a ton of units. This year in that first segment of play, even though it was short, I picked up a couple of units. I have lost back to back days a few times this year, but have never lost three straight days. I am on a one day losing streak right now and if I hit four I will stop until interleague play is over. I am not giving everything back that I have earned so far this year. There is too much baseball left in the season to not take a little break. Interleague is great for the fans, but I think it is hard on us gamblers. Anybody else have any thoughts on this? Let me know, would love to hear how most of you do during this stretch of the season.
Enough rambling on about that crap. Here are Friday’s winners, I hope. Very short write-ups again.
Atlanta +103 vs Cubs………..Braves too good to keep on losing and there is always the chance of a Cubs choke job.
Mets +113 vs Detroit………….Mets too good to keep on losing and there is always a chance of a Cubs choke job. (just kidding….had to poke fun at the cubs again). Mets a great road team, worth a shot as a dog.
White Sox -120 vs Houston………..I have been riding the Sox and they got swept by the yanks. Just feel now that the Yankees left town, this opponent is more beatable.
Kansas City +150 vs Phillies……….Phils look too easy. Just swept the mets at Shea and now play lowly KC. This is a bigtime letdown game for the phils, plus Garcia is pitching and he has been a huge bust so far for the phils. American League knows him as well and he is not the same pitcher this year as years past. He is only 8-9 career vs the royals. That is pretty bad against a team like the royals. Everything points to an upset to me tonight.
Good Luck Everybody!!
I am taking Saturday off. We have relatives in from Florida this week. I am working a half day Saturday and going to spend the rest of the day with them. I will be back on Sunday morning.
