    MLB Tues 6/5

    ytd 226-229 (+10.69 units)

    Florida/Atlanta under 9.5 (game 1) +110

    2 units

Have a lean towards Florida in this one too, although I don't like the line move, so I'll just play the under and see how it turns out.

Well, I wish they'd all be that easy, lol

Keeping the write ups simple tonight, and adding:

      Washington Nationals -105

Bacsik has been flat out great. No reason to think that changes against the Pirates. Chacon is ok sometimes, but he's still Chacon.

      KC Royals RL +1.5 +130

Value play. Tribe hasn't been that great lately to warrant a line like this.

      NY Yankees +116

The White Sox suck every bit as bad as the Yanks. When the Yanks are on, they hit LHP very well.

      St Louis Cardinals -102

The Reds flat out suck. Only Texas and KC have a worse record than the Reds. The idea of them being an away fave against anyone is rediculous. If this were KC being a road fave, everyone would be pounding the other side.

      Texas +140

Speaking of ****ty teams, lol....but the Tigers have real serious bullpen issues. Looking for a possible shootout here, and at +140, Texas has the guns to compete.

      SF Giants +135

Cain is worth +135 just about anytime. I keep saying SF finds a way to score on lefites, even though their stats don't show it, and they keep doing it. Hoping for another couple off RJ tonight and a nice outing from Cain. No more Benitez. Yay.

      Oakland A's RL +1.5 -105

Dice K blows, and the A's are a competitive team. Like their chances of possibly winning the game here, but the RL seems safer in a game which I figure to be close, and doesn't provide much less payout than the ML at about +140.

      Baltimore Orioles +138

Yes the Orioles suck too, but Seattle IMO is getting too much respect. OK, maybe the Mariners have finally gotten over the hump and are going to compete, but I doubt it. Baek is nothing special, and this should be a pick em from where I stand.

      LA Dodgers/San Diego Padres over 7 -115

San Diego has always teed off on Schmidt, going back to his days with SF, and the Dodgers hit Young hard already once this year, and are a good hitting club to begin with. With Schmidt coming off the injury, plus being on a pitch count, and no Saito, I like both teams chances of getting to at least 3 a whole lot, and getting at the very least a push here, although this looks to me like a classic case of 2 big names taking the hill, so the total is low, although both suck against tonight's opponent. I would be a whole lot more surprised to see a 2-1 game here than a 10-9 type ballgame. A ton of value on this over IMO, which I think should be set at at least 8.5 or 9. But then again, totals confuse me sometimes, lol

      2 units each

        Opposites on 'em all. LOL.

I'm going to tail you on that California total...what the hell...I already got one total tonight....I was actually looking at it a bit this morning, mostly because I can't seeing Schmidt having much... but I waited on it b/c Young has been so good lately...but I like that history back early in the year that you brought up (although it was walks that were his undoing).

        GL...(on the total! LOL)

          Looking Good

Lets get KC+1.5. I like your wisdom on why you choose your plays. GL on the late night west coast.

            nice call on KC.

I can never bring myself to do +1.5 RLs, I get too greedy thinking if they are gonna be close, might as well shoot for the ML winner LOL.

Looks like Danys Baez will be the recipient of the turd flavored scope tonight. WTF? Why is that douche still even pitching in MLB? I hear Billy Koch is on the road to a return as well :beerbang:
