Thanks to a FOUR HOUR rain delay till 3am in the morning I held on for victory that due to some new rule was going to result in a loss despite the Royals being up 4-2 at the time of the rain.
Apparently MLB was going to revert back to the last completed inning and STL woulda won 2-1 (due to the fact KC took the lead in the 9th and if the 9th had not been completed in a game that was the last scheduled meeting between the two clubs) if the game had not been resumed.
Thankfully they actually waited the 4 hours to resume!!If it ain't fun, don't do it!
