2-2 yesterday....Tigers pen blows another one....but the Yankees lose another...even though I didn't fade them this time, it still makes for a wonderful morning! LOL!
Indians +170 (Sowers) vs Red Sox - 1 Unit
One of the best clubs in baseball should not be getting +170. Wow. Sowers coming off his best start of the year...Beckett coming off injury layoff...I'll take my chances with this line. I'm not much of a trends guy, but Beckett is 0-2 with a 13.97 ERA lifetime against the Tribe for what it's worth.
Padres +122 (Wells) vs Pirates - 1 Unit
Veteran Wells coming off two great starts...Gorzlanny might not be 100%....I''ll take the better team as a dog...Pittsburgh had a nice series against Cincy, but that is Cincy.
Tigers -164 (Bonderman) vs Drays - 4 Units
I'll go right back to the Tigers today after Todd Jones and the Tigers bullpen blew the win last night giving up the 3 run lead in the late innings. Detroit reeling losing 4 straight and I can't see them losing # 5 against Fossum and the Drays.
Braves +103 (Smoltz) v Brewers - 1 Unit
The way Smoltz has been pitching, taking him as a dog might be automatic...Brewers not playing well.
Marlins +123 (Willis) vs Cubs - 1 Unit
Willis over Marquis...don't trust Marquis' stuff...Cubs do not hit lefties...
Orioles -124 (Guthrie) vs Royals - 1.5 Units
Baltimore playing good ball...KC playing, well Royal ball...Guthrie a surprise as a solid starter for the O's this year...De La Rosa will give up runs with the best of 'em...O's hit lefties well....very low number here IMO.
Angels -145 (Santana) vs Mariners - 1.5 Units
I guess this Santana Jeckle/Hyde thing is for real...I'll back him at home with the Angels coming off a bad loss, and facing a 21 year old rook.
