I do believe THE PIRATES have some fight left in them.
Unlike previous years, they have some power in the middle of the lineup. It seems like they are a tired baseball team but with Jones,McCutch,Alvarez batting 3,4,5 they have the long ball threat and can steal a game with a clutch hit or two.
Lay the chalk with them tonight IMO. Buccos play Chicago 7 times in the next 2 weeks.
I don't think Pirates are dead just yet ...
Another Chalker for tonight that has caught my eye is SF GIANTS (-145)
Not too bad IMO. Bumgarner coming off losses in Back to Back starts. SF coming off back to back losses in their last two .
Bumgarner is good at home (8-2) and good at night (9-2) ....
Lay the Lumber with these two home teams IMO ..
