The Rockies will be facing lefty Carlos Rodon tonight, which spells big trouble for Colorado because they're 26th in the MLB against left-handed pitching and have fanned the second most in the league against southpaws. Rocks starter Kyle Freeland has given up as many runs as innings pitched over his last four starts and got blown up in his only career start in the Bronx, where he went four innings and gave up a combined 9 hits/walks. The Yankees are in a good spot here, as Aaron Judge and Juan Soto are first and sixth in MLB in OPS vs. left-handed pitching. Carlos Rodon has been stellar at Yankee Stadium this season with a 7-2 record and a 1.05 WHIP, while allowing a filthy .197 batting average.
