Washington and Philly are trying to avoid sweeps, taking the value in TB with Shields on the hill...will see if the young rays can hit the over-valued Bedard...RARE total play for me....if this does not cash I will go back to avoiding them all together. Morris has been tough at home, Maine has been tough everywere....just screams UNDER to me.
