i kinda like the dodgers too. today is a tough day to bet for some reason. not much out there. 81% of the betting public is hopin on SF. definately worth a shot to throw somethin small on the dodgers

I don't especially care for the chalk but I really like the chances of Kershaw to hold a pretty weak SF offense down. As good as he is, Tim Lincecum gets entirely too much line respect while for some reason Kershaw doesn't seem to be getting his due yet.

Dodgers pen always a bit of a concern but they have been better lately, and they're pretty much a non factor after 8 innings anyway with +1.5, unless they give up a multiple run long ball in the 9th or later of a close game to a team who doesn't hit many home runs and in a large pitchers park.

If kershaw eats **** against a below average sf offense, then so be it, but I like his chances of being successful today enough to lay the chalk for the +1.5. Not too often you can get a pitcher like him against a low scoring offense plus runs unless you take the alt rl and those are often just ridiculous on a pitcher like him.
