    Congrads on the great start.

    Technically
you are 31-10 on ML (moneyline) becuase you are not indicating the RL (or -1.5)

31-10 when you bet favs in the MLB is deceptive, becuase if everything you bet is -200 then you win 31 * $50 =$1,550 and lose $100 * 10= $1000 being only up $550.

But if you are 10-10 on ML and win +200 on all your wins then you are 10*$200 = $2,000 and 10*$100 = $1,000 OR Plus $1,000.00

Also, the last time I pointed out my record I think I went 1-4 that day.

Good Luck to you and I hope you keep it up, but you'll get more street cred here if you post the line you get and track the units, becuase not every baseball game is -110

    Good Luck to ya!

sounds like a great start, but even though i dont check everyones picks daily i havent seen you before so makes me wonder. not everyone posts their ytd but i am one who does and you can search my posts to see how ive done. it is great to be ahead on games but how is your bankroll? there are guy here that are negative on wins but positive on money, thats the deciding factor.

keep up the good work in picking games but if youre gonna tell us how you did, let us know whether to folllow you or not by telling us how you are doing moneywise.

I think I recall him missing a 30 unit play on Chris Carpenter earlier this season.

I've seen this guy's record questioned multiple times, here's the truth....

            He says:

If you want to keep winning?

Thank me for the winners since i've joined?

            I say:

I dislike dishonest posters who try to mislead others. It's not that hard to post your plays, keep an accurate record, and refrain from chest thumping. If you are good, people WILL notice and give you your due props.

So now it's time to clear up some things. First of all, your number of wins and losses is nowhere even near 31-10. It's 24-14 (23-12) prior to yesterday when you claimed 31-10). Second of all, you pay juice when you lose. A 10 unit ATS loser costs you 11 units, not 10. A 5 unit loser on a moneyline at -150 costs you 7.5 units, not 5 units. And so on. Third of all, despite your record being 24-14, you are in the RED for your total units for all your posts here, mainly to poor money management and losing some pretty chalky moneyline plays.

Here is your accurate record, per your posts:

3/18 Marquette +2.5 - LATE POST. DOES NOT COUNT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

            3/21 10* SA Spurs -11 - win +10 units

            3/23 10* Miami Heat -8 - loser -11 units
            3* Memphis Grizzlies +6.5 - winner +3 units
            3* Alabama (ncaa) -5 - winner +3 units

            3/24 3* Minnesota Timberwolves +15.5 - winner +3 units
            10* Florida -2 (ncaa) - winner +10 units
            3* Florida/BYU under 149 (ncaa) - winner +3 units

            3/27 5* VA Commonwealth +11.5 (ncaa) - winner +5 units
            5* Memphis Grizzlies -2 - winner +5 units
            10* Oklahoma City Thunder -4 - winner +10 units

            3/28 3* Orlando Magic -1 - loser -3.3 units
            3* SA Spurs -2 - loser -3.3 units

            3/30 3* Dallas Mavs -5 - winner +3 units
            3* Houston Rockets +3 - loser -3.3 units
5* Oklahoma City Thunder - winner +5 units

            4/4 30* St Louis Cardinals -147 - loser -44.10 units

4/6 Some chalk city moneyline parlay for $500 to win approx $425. It LOST, but is NOT counted in this record since i have no idea what $500 is equivalent to in your units, but it will be noted along with your record

4/15 7* SF Giants (no line posted) - winner +7 units
5* LA Angels (no line posted) - winner +5 units
5* KC Royals (no line posted) - winner +5 units

            3* Texas Rangers -140 - winner +3 units
            3* Chicago White Sox +110 - loser -3 units

            4/20 3* Memphis Grizzlies +8.5 - winner +3 units
            5* Cincinnati Reds -150 - loser -7.5 units
            3* Washington Capitals -110 - winner +3 units

            3* LA Dodgers -135 - loser -4.05 units
            3* LA Angels +100 - winner +3 units

            7* Philadelphia Phillies -140 - loser -9.80 units
            7* St Louis Cardinals -150 - winner +7 units

            5/7 3* Pittsburgh Pirates -120 - winner +3 units
            3* Oakland A's -110 - loser -3.3 units
            10* San Diego Padres -105 - loser -10.5 units

            YOUR OVERALL RECORDS:

            NBA 10-5 +16.10 units

            GRAND TOTAL 24-14 -15 units
PLUS A LOSING PARLAY FOR -$500

ok for all of you who are questioning it. i still got a winning record and you never counted my prop bet thread that i had up. i hit all 3 nfl draft props i placed. im still up tho and for all those wondering i took a picture for you

theres my balance. the way i do units is how handicappers do stars i.e when someone says they have a 1* play on a game 20*play. thats how i do it. im just tryin to help everyone else out. get everyone a few wins here and there. losing sucks we all been there. im only 20 years old just been doing this for a little over a year so im still kinda new. i get cocky and ik i shouldnt its just fun. but from now on ill change my way and just post on here when i got a few games i like and not say anything cocky. like i said in my very first post i dont post in here all the time. only games that i really like.

How about you just post your plays, why you like them, and how much you wager per play, than people will be able to judge how good your doing...

I think sometimes we veterans jump on newbies when they're not doing things by the book. I myself just posted a link here in a thread a few months ago - a big no-no. Thing is that we all make errors, and we screw up addition, our excel spreadsheets are off - the perameters haven't been updated, etc... minor errors are excusable. Hell we all have it - I haven't updated my ytd sig in a month! It's the big issues - the blatant lying of our record is something that doesn't fly over here.

Sometimes we get posters coming on here touting their goods and being cocky, and we dislike that. We do not accept that type of behavior.

Sure, I think it's okay to pat yourself on the back, but I've tended to notice the gambling gods don't like that - you'll get backdoored hard eventually. The marathon comes and goes, streaky weeks, streaky months, months where you are treading water. It doesn't matter whether your unit is $1 or $100 - just be honest.

That's exactly how I feel, and basically that's the way things are run here. We try to be different than some of the other sites out there where people are running wild with self promotion, chest thumping, made up records (not talking math errors....that can happen to anyone....but records that are obviously padded), etc etc.

It might result in a lower member total and less posters, but we take pride in the quality of our posters.

Everyone has their own style and that's cool, but this just isn't the place to be super arrogant if you wanna fit in.

With that being said, you've made a lot of good plays and no doubt you are knowledgable about sports and betting on them, and we certainly welcome your posts and your input.
