Been absent for a few days. Finished up like a half unit last week, still up 5-ish or 6-ish for the year, so it's your call if I'm follow or fade material yet.
With rain pouring on the midwest/northeast, I focused on games that should be played today and found a few:
Chicago White Sox - Danks -106 I flirted with the under in this game, but when I saw it was -120 at SB.com I went with Danks instead. Pitched well last time out, has a solid history against the Rays, in the dome too, no Longoria still. I'm biting.
NYY/Toronto under 9 -105 Both offenses are strong, but I really like that Drabek kid and AJ Burnett had some pretty good years in the SkyDome. It could get ugly, but I'll take -105 and go with my gut that both hurlers toss a good game.
Washington/St. Louis over 8.5 -110 I was a little surprised when I researched this one that Lannon has pitched well in the past vs. the Cards. How? I still think the Cards have found their offense, and Westbrook isn't missing many bats so far either. I'm over.
Boston - Lackey +102 Strictly playing the hot team here. Boston's offense has awakened IMO, and while I'm not really liking Lackey at all, I'll take the Red Sox as a dog here against an A's team that doesn't score many runs.
