    Saturday MLB

So far 6-2, up +5.1 units.

All Dawgs today as I try and stay in positive units. I know, scared money doesn't win money, but I'm content to play it safe with the first full card of the season.

Toronto Blue Jays - Kyle Drabek +101 I wanted to jump on the overnight line of +120 at one point, but the couple of books I have accounts at don't offer the overnight lines. So instead I have to take +101, since everyone and their brother is on the Jays today. I probably should have walked away, but the kid Drabek was so good in spring training I'm staying with it.

Houston Astros - Wandy Rodriguez +220 Wandy has actually pitched well against Philly and at Citizens Bank Bandbox in his career, and he's a lefty which I think the Phillies might struggle against a little. I think it's worth a shot to double up and cheer against Cliff Lee at the same time.

Arizona D-Backs - Daniel Hudson +143 Hudson was one of the few bright spots in the D-Bags season last year, and I'm taking him as a dog here because I think he's better than De La Rosa. Maybe should have bet this one as a first-five wager, but WTF, the D-Bags lineup is heavy with righties so why not catch lightening in a bottle.

Thought long and hard about the Brewers/Reds over (8.5) but the -115 odds scared me away. Also considered the Pirates/Cubs over (8.5), but backed off in the end because I want to see Zambrano make a start before I start to fade him.:beerbang:

Wish I would have tailed Drabek this morning too. Twins offense looks anemic, especially at the top. They haven't faired well vs the AL East either.

Hope the other two doggies come barkin!

I watched a lot of the Minny/Toronto game today and Drabek was the reason their offense looked anemic. He was just dealing and even the Yankees would have struggled with him.
