    Afternoon games...

    Pirates -117 (Snell) vs Cubs - 1 Unit
    Got hosed by 5dimes on this matchup yesterday, taking a loss even though the Cubs won. Brutal. Backing the very tough Snell at home today.

    Brewers -140 (Capuano) vs Cards - 2 Units
    Capuano never gets much press but is one of the best lefties of the past couple years, and just plain gets it done in small-market Milwaukee. Reyes struggling, and STL still in shock?

    Tigers -155 (Robertson) vs O's - 2 Units
    Robertson has pitched great (5 consecutive "quality" starts), but has got no help from his bullpen or offence. That's bound to change if he keeps doing his job. Robertson also shut out Baltimore through 7+ innings 3 weeks ago. Traschel's a fade in any league.

    White Sox +118 vs Mariners (Batista) - 1 Unit
    Fading Batista...

                  yeah...seems like the norm...just a ****ty rule obviously...especcially when it costs me a c-note. Really feeling the Devils as a big dog tonight, FF...thinking this series goes 7 now.

                      I don't understand....I mean, the game was suspended and continued today. It wasn't called over and official last night. Why could they not just leave the wager pending and settle it today?

                                  Wow, that is rough. That rule should be changed....

                                  Cubs are up 8-6 in the 9th right now with 2 out. Yet, Cubs backers will get a loss for that one...very weird situation...and really not fair at all.

                                      :bang: :bang: yea i agreee, i called my local and he said that is the rule, i could see if the came was called Final last night, but it continued, i guess if i had pitt i would be happy but most of us had the cubbs.. that sucks

                                              That was never a rule in the past. I'm 95% positive that it's a new this season that came about because it already happened once earlier in the year.

                                              Why they need to even grade it is beyond me. Why not just no action every play on the entire game? Or, let it continue to today....although I can see the problem with letting it continue, because what if they reschedule it a month later? Alot of people wouldn't want their money tied up that long, and alot could change in that month that could effect the wager....but yea, a no action on everything would obviously be the best way to go IMO, and I haven't seen anyone who disagrees yet....

                                                  Tell that guy to **** himself. Something along those lines happens any quality "local" should just grade it as a no-play strictly out of a customer service/'keep my people happy' gesture. That guy has got some balls.

                                                          I guess it's a new rule to coincide with MLB's new 2007 rule of continuing the game the next morning instead of cancelling it outright.
