A couple for tonight

Tampa -130 3 Units

Better pitcher, better defense, better record vs LHP, better lineup vs LHP with Youklis and Pedroia on the shelf, better bullpen. I think Boston's line respect ends next weekend when they are 8 games back in the first few days of the month.

Baltimore +135 2 Units

Bergesen has been rock solid of late. Although Baltimore has been winning with pitching and timely hitting I think they could break out a little against Bell. I also expect the fighting Showalter's to bounce back after the tough game last night.

Arizona +170 2 Units

Enright has been solid and Lincecum has been up and down enough to get my money. Arizona has had some success against Lincecum this season although they haven't cashed it in for as many runs as they could have.

What a joke! The umpiring in the Boston/TB game reminded me of the old keep it close feature in Madden football. Paplebon and Bard probably threw 80% of their called strikes atleast 3 inches of the plate. It would have been entertaining if it wasn't so unbelievable. Paplebon had two that were atleast 6 inches out of the zone.

Thanks...I've really noticed as I've been more willing to step out on bigger dogs more often that it has really paid off. I've possibly been hitting them at a higher level than I can expect but the difference in risk/reward for them vs the favorites is incredible.

Are you going to be back posting for football season? I love your insight in college and especially pro.
