    MLB Monday 4/23

    ytd 79-88 (-8.12 units)

    NY Yankees -158

Yanks need to stop the slide here. Tampa is probably the only team in the majors with worse pitching than the Yanks, lol. I think there's just too much offensive power for the Yanks for TB to keep up with in a game the Yanks should be real serious about winning.

    Atlanta Braves +130

Just taking the better team at pretty big underdog odds here. Willis has an ERA of almost 5 for the season, and almost 5 career vs the Braves, and I know Davies is a ?, but at these odds with the better team, hopefully he will suffice.

    Oakland A's/Baltimore Orioles over 8 +105

Fading the 20 in a row guy. Seriously....lol

    KC Royals +125

Keep making KC home dogs all year baby.....especially when they get to face a guy coming off a no hitter. Doubt Buehrle repeats that performance.

    Tribe +110

Before getting lit up by the Yankees, Sowers was moving on along just fine, and he also has plenty of success vs the Twins. So Silva has had some success this year....the Tribe is familiar enough with him to know what's coming, which is normally alot of nothing if history is any indicator.

    2 units each

    Still debating on a few....

    Seattle Mariners +127

Lets see if Baek can pick up where he left off last season, pitching very well overall, and especially well against Texas. The Rangers are near the bottom of the AL in offense, oddly enough....and this could be an incorrect fave here. If Baek can give a good performance, especially with Gagne hurt already and Otsuka possibly being unavailable, since he's pitched 3 straight days, leaving Texas with no closer at all, or one who is probably very tired, I really like the M's chances to take this one.

GL Stiff! On a couple of those and looked at the Yanks and Braves also. Like both, but haven't decided yet if I want to lay the Yankee juice or play the OVER, and something about Davies just creeps me out even though the value is tremendous there.

        GL tonight! :beerbang:

Crazy to see you on the yanks with so much juice as we all know that Tampa Bay at times really has thier number...also loving that Oreo's over (both pitchers get hit).

Took the Rangers & Millwood big last nite...so we'll see how that ends up:thumbs:

Looks like that guy might get his $100,000. Tons of guys getting on base, but no clutch hitting in that game what-so-ever.

                  Playing one more:

                  LA Angels/Detroit Tigers over 8.5 -105

It's something at wagerline i think. I'm not real sure, but I do know you need to hit 21 in a row to win 100K. Someone has 20 in a row and he's on the O's/A's under tonight. I think there's more about it in Yo's thread called "fade alert"

AND OMG does the Yankees defense SUCK. I think their D is worse than their pitching....seriously.

Did I just lay -158 for the Yankees? LOL

Man, I really liked the spot they were in tonight, as far as needing a win, and facing a team with some weak ass pitching. Really thought their offense would be enough to get the W tonight. The Yanks outfielders look like tractor trailers drag racing the quarter mile when they're going after a ball, LOL
