No way, as I have Doc Halladay, and Roy Oswalt doing battle, and all the hitters will be seeing are bb's coming at them.
Halladay's debut for Philly was 7 innings, 1 run allowed. No chance the Astros get something going against him. None!
As for Oswalt, he did work 6 frames of 2 run ball against the Phils in his lone start against them last year.
I will take my chances, and go Under the total with a pair of dominant pitchers working the mound.
