Which baseball teams do you think will DISAPPOINT this season?

There are some high hopes for a handful of teams this season.

Which team(s) do you think will fall far short of expectations and why?

Cincinnati Reds because Dusty typically gets less out of his team than they are capable of. It is unlikely that his pitching staff will handle his tendency to run up high pitch counts.

I like the Reds assessment, they have some great players out there in Bruce, Votto, Cueto, and now with Chapman. I agree with the pitching staff as a whole, not much out there.

I have to say the Angels will disappoint this year. I still don't understand how Fuentes had 40-plus saves last year! Lackey gone, and Weaver asked to take the number one roll. I compare Francisco Liriano with Ervin Santana, as both clubs will need their enigmatic pitchers to post good seasons this year. Joe Saunders as a number two? Will Joel Piniero be the answer/replacement for losing Lackey? I do like the addition of Hideki Matsui, but this is getting to be an old team now. Brandon Wood is a definite question mark at 3B and how will Juan Rivera respond to being handed the job this year, rather than earning it? Remember, he is almost 33 years old.

Lots of question marks for a team that's recently used to be an easy division choice. Rangers have possibly the best group of young talent in the league, Mariners will make a run again this year, and even the Athletics are no slouch (though that's debatable).

      MLB 17: 151-140-8 // 51.89% // +5.65 ROR // +42.13
      NCAAF 17: 63-49-2 // 56.25% // +6.80
