Bad Phillies Bullpen= run line

I'm a big Phillies fan and have watched the bullpen blow many 1 run games. I'm betting on the phils run line -1.5 because odds are if it comes down to a 1 run game they will lose so why not just bet the run line. I'll take the run line and watch as Randy Wolf has a melt down on the mound tonight and the Phillies take a 3-1 lead.
