    NLCS Game 1

    Dodgers -135 2 Units

I like the change to Kershaw in game 1 as he definitely has the stuff to keep the Phillies contained for the first 5-6 innings. Kershaw's underlying numbers (BA against, OPS against, FIP Era) all show a much more effective pitcher than his W's and ERA that most see. Also add in a rested bullpen to come out firing bullets for 3-4 innings and I don't expect Philly to do much damage. Hamels on the other hand is still living on his reputation from the playoffs last year. He has been above league average but nowhere near Kershaw's level. Throw in that the Phillies are flying all over the country and they still have Brad Lidge and I like the Dodgers to get off on the right foot with a Game 1 W.
