Get to the 8th inning 2-1 angels just take the league and we bring in shields and who gives up the devastating homer to Hafner who was due. remember the bottom of the 7th we brought in Speier who with runners on 2nd and 3rd and one out got out of a huge jam allowing us to take the lead in the top of the 8th. Why would you take him out of the game. As a former pitcher I know that after coming in and performing at that level you are on for another 3-4 nnings just on confidence alone. Leave Speier in for the 8th and then Krod for the 9th. Just looking for others who follow in my frustration
