-Phillies -140 (Dempster has not been on his game lately, and after a good showing from Pedro last night look for the Phillies to show new life and resurge from their slump)

Nationals +135 (Nationals are 3-0 in Balester's last 3 starts and Reds are 0-3 in Arroyo's last 3 starts. Arroyo has a 1.46 WHIP so look for a surging Nats offense to take advantage of his struggles at the plate)
