This line and movement make NO sense. Looks like a clear cut under on paper. So why did the line move from 8.5 to 9 with heavy juice on the over (some places are as much as -135 and the total actually moved to 9.5 at BetCris), despite the public siding with the under?

It's huge for a total to move thru 9. I can only assume there is sharp money of some sort on the over. Someone knows something, i hope...
