    Wednesday Steals

    Weird card today and a couple of plays that I'm staying away form even though they technically belong in the system...

    Doggies:

    Mets (Pelfrey) +115

    Astros (Rodriguez) +110

    Angels (Lackey) +110

    Totals:

    Marlins/Cardinals u8

    My selections:

    White Sox/Tigers o8.5 -- Verlander career 2-9, 5.90 ERA against White Sox; career 0-6, 5.92 ERA at US Cellular, l7 starts on road - overs are 6-1; Danks l3 starts, 0-3, 6.35 ERA, l8 7.02 ERA

    Red Sox -120, -1.5 (+170), o11 -- ALL over this game tonight. Looking like the Red Sox could sweep the Yankees over the season the way they're playing (kidding of course), but Wake will give up his runs and I don't buy Wang's comeback. Looking like an 8-6 win for the Bo Sox.

      Pelfrey(NYM) is now at +129. It is tempting.. but I am with you on FLA/STL under 8. Also taking CHC/HOU under 8.5.
      *Wandy great at home and Zamby should be able to be dominate against the punchless HOU "O"

      I'm off to be in a 60 person no -limit Texas Hold'em tournament at Harrah's! Wish me luck!

                  Totals: 0-1, -1.1 units
                  Mine: 1-2-1, -1.15 units

                  2-5-1, -3.15 units today.

                  Not a good night with the system plays. Could have used one more Bo Sox run for the sweep on the game I liked, took it on the chin with those b2b Damon/Teixiera HRs. I think I let a lot of the stats on the DET/CHI game get to me, and was just off.
