I know the law of averages has to catch up to LAD sometime (10-0 @ home and 5-1 vs LHP), but hopefully it's not tonight.
Laying -146 with the Nats is nuts, imo. I don't care what the line suggests. It suggested the same last week vs St Louis, and they lost that one too. Truth is their pen is so pathetic and their offense so sporatic, it doesn't matter how much the starting pitcher matchup is in their favor. Like yesterday, Houston is actually decent vs LHP, and Lannan while ok, isn't exactly Johann Santana.
I'm also aware of Edwin Jackson's lovely career numbers vs MIN, but I'm choosing to ignore them. They weren't this season, and Edwin has been solid, while Liriano and the Twins pen has been shaky, to put it kindly.
