4/21/09 plays

I have a formula that rates pitchers, bullpens, offense and also gives credit for home field, best of last 10 and winning/losing streaks. I will post the plays for awhile and see how they do. It is still early so I am not sure how these will play out.

Atlanta -120
LA Dodgers -160
St. Louis -110
KC +165
Boston -160
Detroit +100
Seattle -105
