Boras seemed authentic to me. Comon, the kid died after pitching the game of his life and his Dad watching. I dont want to go into details again but the whole story is sad, even if you don't even know who Nick is.

    Ha, Boras isn't that cold...

The stadium is going to be alive tonigt. I know Boston owns us, but I threw 1.65 for 1.5 on the Angels tonight. I guess my way of showing support...win or lose I don't really care.

Man charged with murder in death of Angels pitcher - MLB - Yahoo! Sports

triple murder charges on this ******* plus a bevvy of other charges. If this guy doesn't sit in prison for the rest of his life it's a travesty.

sorry for the rant, if you couldn't tell, i'm not a huge fan of Boras or really any sports agent. i realize their entire job hinges around getting the most money possible but the lengths they go to are just unethical and souless.
Boras is an a-hole. Simple. The guy is not good for baseball.

Looking forward to some IU-PU battles in the upcoming years.

I don't think he should be charged with murder. That's a little overboard. Involuntary Man Slaughter would be more appropriate. Either or, he will get what he deserves. Even my Mom, who has never hurt a fly was saying she hopes the officers or the inmates make him pay. It was a shock hearing her say that, but she's a fan (and a mother) so it's understandable.

              Garbage Grove? No thanks...
What bar in Newport are you talking about?

No..I have family in town so I took them all around Orange County today..But I had never been to Angel Stadium so I figured while I was there might as well check it out...I was in Garden Grove last weekend but I'm still living in SD...Thinking bout moving to Huntington in September getting kinda bored with SD..Though I think the BJ's brew I was in last weekend was technically in Huntington...

I'm actually a HUGE hockey fan to (just don't bet on it) so if you know any decent bars in OC to watch hockey lemme know..My dads had red wing season tickets since before I was born...15 rows up center ice right behind the red wings bench...Yzerman's wife used to sit a row in front of us two seats over...Great seats, nothing like watching hockey live...
