Rough thursday for me, just 2 plays but an 0-2 and about 3.5 units down. After my good start I was due for one of those but back at it...
Giants - 104 to win 1 unit
Almost took this one with 5 innings cause it's based solely on Lowry being on the mound. He's got great stuff and pitches well at home. He had a rough season last year but is back and ready to rock. At almost even he's a value play for me.
Mariners + 132 x 1 unit
Big value in this play imo. Ramirez against some of those tribe bats is a scary proposition but Byrd doesn't deserve that much chalk and the tribe pen was used a lot in their last series. Byrds numbers are slipping and the M's have a couple solid lefties who should smack him around and the rest of the line up is hitting well enough to make it a rough outing for him.
White sox - 120 to win 1 unit
The sox rotations been a tough one to back this season but vs Silva I like them to be able to pitch as front runners. The sox batters have had good success vs Silva in the past, he's struggled in chitown and has been a notoriously slow starter in past seasons. Everythings pointing Sox to me.
Tigers - 162 to win 2 units
Not a value play here but Verlanders pitched kc very tough. While De La Rosa has sucked equally everywhere he's been. This one has the same feel that I felt when Harden was pitching the other night, like money in the bank. knock on wood.
