I'm a Pirates fan and I can't see any way we beat the 'Stros tomorrow. Zach Duke was 1-11 on the road last year and is 0-3(team 0-4) against the Astros in his career. The Pirates will be without Freddy Sanchez for the start of the year, and will have a top 2 of Chris Duffy and Jack Wilson so start the year, quite possibly the worst top 2 in baseball. Jim Tracy isn't even maximizing Jason Bay's ABs in this terrible lineup by placing him in the 5 hole. They should be happy if they scratch a run out against Oswalt without their best contact hitter playing in the game.

Xavier Nady, whom by the way was homerless and RBIless in the spring, hits a ******* 2 out bomb to tie the game. The Pirates suck against Oswalt, and nothing changed there. I forgot how bad Brad Lidge really is and only looked at the SP in this one. I apologize to anyone who followed this play, and trust me, my bankroll feels it right now......

not sure if this is true but i heard recently lidge blew 7 saves for oswalt last year. no hard feelings on the post though....keep up the good work Nittany.:beerbang:
