Saturday MLB Note: Washburn scratched for seattle; has flu. Batista in

A real bummer because Washburn vs. Sowers was a real hammer job for Seattle at such good odds.

Now that batista is in, it's not a great proposition anymore.

Boo Hoo Hoo. Sowers is likely to get rocked tomorrow but Batista just doesn't warrant big action.

Thats ok...i mean Batista blows and it certainly makes it less of a strong play, and it's always tough to back Seattle (lol), but when you can go against the worst pitcher in MLB (Sowers) and the worst bullpen in MLB (Tribe), and possibly the worst road team in MLB (15-32) at only about -120, I believe it's still worth the shot.

Besides, cutting worthless Richie Sexson (didn't he end up with NYY now? LMFAO) should lite a fire under these guys asses. They're a better team than their results would indicate, and I think they will be quite a bit better in the 2nd half
