I got two plays so far today on 4 teams. I really think both these starters are being underrated in this matchup between Cabrera and McClung. They are both very capable of putting up a QS, and if that happens I think this is an easy winner. O's pen is very solid, and Torres hasn't blown a save in over a month. Taking the Under and laying the extra chalk with the key number 9.
As for the parlay, this is Atlanta at home (25-12) against the Mariners on the road (11-23). I don't care if Chipper and Yunel are out and Texiera is on the right side. Mariners flat out stink this year. Tougher case to make for KC, but Meche has been very good as of late and Correia... not so much. Meche is a vet, and has to be determined to improve on seeing his team 1-6 in his home starts this year. KC bullpen also has it's "big guns" lined up tonight. I'll take Mahay, Ramirez, and Soria most nights... every night with a lead at home against the Giants.
