    ~~ BIFF'S BASES - JUN. 20th ~~

Starting with an early one tonight. Halos are 8-0 off a 1-run loss, and I need little reasoning to go up against Eaton. He got knocked around in this park last year, so I hope I see a flashback tonight. Angels could see more run production now with Figgins and Kendrick back.

GL Biff. IMO you're dead on about LAA w/ Figgins and Kendrick, 2 key guys with what they each bring for that lineup.

I think we're butting heads on this one Cavorca. I'm thinking Randy should be able to keep the Twins quiet, and Baker has done very well adapting to the Metrodome. Looking for a low scoring affair in this one tonight.

Johnson just blew up in the 3rd inning. That 2-out 3 run bomb was the last thing I needed. Here's to hoping for 5 innings of shutout ball! :beerbang:

I know I shouldn't have 3 bets right now, but I've got one ticket left tonight and I'm letting it ride. Looks like it'll probably be a split on the first two anyhow. I think the advantage for these two teams is too great to lay off. Maddux should be able to pick at an aggressive Tigers lineup, and I know I don't have to say anything about Rich Harden. Hendrickson and Bonine should both trip up I don't expect either to have a QS, and that should be good enough for a couple early leads for the A's and Friars. Not going to play with the pens because the Tigers and Marlins could explode at any time, I'd expect it to happen later if ever tonight.

        PADRES [1st 5 Inn.] & ATHLETICS [1st 5 Inn.] - 2-TEAM PARLAY (+165)

Well, I have yet to experience a "pushed" parlay that only paid out $150, but it was a victory nonetheless. I've decided to count it as a parlay win as far as my records go on this site instead of a ML bet, because I would never make a -200 ML bet. Shame I didn't just take the full game, but look at what those Marlins did after the 5th inning... that is what I was afraid of. Back tomorrow.
