      GL tonight, Horfin....just wanted to see what you thought about the long (too long) anticipated debut of Bruce Almighty...or Babe Bruce....lol. Everyone here in Cincy is as excited about baseball as they've been in the last decade. At the same time, a lot of fans aren't happy with Dusty Baker one bit. They are angry that Bruce had a pretty decent spring and instead of having him on the opening day roster, Dusty has the Reds sign Corey Patterson to a 3 million dollar contract when nobody probably would have taken him for more than the league minimum...now Patterson is in the minors and Bruce is hitting .600. The kid has been on base something like 17 of his 20 at bats...insane.

      If the Reds can keep winning, I think Dusty will be let off the hook....its a strange mix of euphoria and bitterness right now in Cincy....people are superpissed that it took Dusty this long to finally bring him up...but they are loving the results.
