    turdsday turds

    ytd 104-111 (-9.95 units)

    Brewers +135

    2 units

I know the Flubs are red hot and Zambrano is pitching today, but this is a huge number to get to back a guy who has been brilliant every time he has taken the mound this year, and a not so shabby team behind him. Hopefully Gagne doesn't come in if the Brewers lead late :puke:

Hey JML, what the hell was going in the bottom of the 9th of the Jays game. Looked like some weirdness, but I only caught the end of it....

Yeah...real ******* weird....Ryan got the 3rd out on a flyball...they start shaking hands in the dugout, and the announcers start wrapping up....then the 2nd base umpire starts waving people back...apparantely during the pitch he called a (questionable) balk on Ryan...but nobody really noticed....I couldn't believe it...runner moves to 2nd, and the batter gets another shot...he then singles to bring the tying run to the plate....lmao....with the way the Jays season has gone so far....I really thought the unimaginable was going to happen....luckily Ryan got the strikeout....

Jays starting pitching during the 3 game Boston series: 23.2 IP and and ERA of 0.78, and they almost get swept....lol...

So it was a balk....makes sense now. I had no idea why a guy was advancing to 2nd base on a pop out, LOL

Part of my reasoning tonight was that maybe the Jays could get something going off a "gimmick" pitcher, since they're not doing much off the conventional ones. That, and that the Red Sox aren't hitting for **** either, and I figured vs Burnett wasn't the best time for struggling offense to have an outburst.

What cracks me up is that sports insights shows 65% were on the OVER 9 in the Bos/Tor game. WTF? Given the recent (lack of) success of those 2 offenses, combined with solid pitching on both sides, especially that both teams have reliable relief....I'm not sure how anyone would have arrived at the over being the play in that one :dunno:

I think people just bet on the over cause they wanna sit there rooting for runs and they don't know what else to pick
