Hill is not the dominant pitcher we've seen right now. He even admitted it...
According to the Washington Post, Shawn Hill "is pitching through a persistent ache in his right forearm, and the condition has fundamentally altered the way Hill prepares himself between starts." Hill has been throwing from flat ground rather than the usual between-start mound session and has been unable to throw long toss most days because of the soreness. "We're kind of babying it right now," Hill said. "I can deal with it. I'm just kind of waiting on it. By babying it, hopefully it will get better by itself. I'm hoping by mid-May I'll be over this hump. But I'm just kind of throwing that out there. I don't know."
Better offense, better pitching IMO right now with Jurrjens... I like it! Way to think with your head. Good Luck.
