    tuesday

    Mets -110

    2 units

Lilly blows and the Mets hit lefties well, so why not? I'd say they have a better than 50% shot here, even with the Flubs being "hot". Unfortuntely I just got home and was unable to benefit from getting the Mets as a dog...

    The Mutts suck.

    Texas +155
    Pirates -120
    Tampon Bay -140
    Houston +1.5 -110
    KC Royals +130
    Colorado -115

    2 units each

What has Detroit or Cleveland, or Verlander or Sabathia for that matter, done this year to be this big of a fave against anyone? Especially when neither of their supporting bullpens can pitching their way out of a paper bag so far this year. Geez...

C'mon, who doesn't have Atlanta/Arizona parlayed together tonight, lol.

But how often do those easy ass looking parlays hit?

Pretty decent chance one of those teams loses tonight, or at the very least has to sweat it out late and win a close one, IMO.

Lannan pitched good since his bombing vs Atlanta though, and more than once I've seen guys bounce back from a beating at the hands of any particular team to pitch very well against them the next time. Live and learn.

Plus this is baseball, no one wins every day, even if it looks like they should on paper.

More or less a gut feeling here, and a bit of a percentage play as well, as I think that the odds are in my favor that the Nats keep in this thing tonight, despite that it looks like a beat down on paper....and if they don't, then I'll probably get SF to keep it close on the RL, as I can get that at +110.
