lol...there's a "plan" in everything. Even if simple. This "plan" is as stated, and obvious too all, I know. But yeah, of course you get screwed eventually, and dumb luck is evident.

Analyzing it too much is posting a one sentence theory? lmao...

What I'm going do is only picking hitters who are 1) hitting over .300 on the year and 2) have at least 10 hits against the opposing pitcher in the past & hitting over .300 as well against them for their career. 3) picking a contact pitcher... someone with under 5 Ks per 9 innings. Let's see how it works.

Only minor advice I can give is ride a guy on a hitting streak until the last possible second then jump ship. It's a slippery slope though, but all in all it's a tremendously fun game that is horrificly impossible.

I would agree on the luck part. But looking at the batter stats vs pitcher, and batter this season stats could help a bit. I think they get you on the everday, and certain cutoff times, plus if a pitcher is replaced or a batter is sat down for the day, then what happens? 57 in a row is alot. :beer2:

Prophetic. Mesmorizing. Eye Opening. Classic. The NY Times calls CuseFan's analyzation "life changingly brilliant with a perfect hint of sarcasm and dry wit."

My system is to choose hitters playing in day games so I have something to sqeeze for while I'm stuck here at work. I do it on prosportsdaily, but the prize is only 10k (A pittance for all my efforts!) I will switch to MLB post haste!
