Padres -137 (Peavy) vs Rockies
Have to back Peavy vs Fogg. Everyone seems to like the hot Rockies, and a career .500/5+ era starter....but Peavy is one of the best in the game, and will get it done in this situation, IMO. SD also has the better bullpen, and the much maligned SD offence actually has 45 runs scored in their past 7 games.

Padres/Rockies UNDER 9 -106 (Peavy)
The only way I see Colorado winning this is if Fogg comes out and matches Peavy inning for inning (unlikely), and they squeak out a close 3-2 type win late...

lmao.....Peavy is honest to god one of the biggest post game chokes i have ever seen. he has blown up in just about every post season start i can remember.

yup.....2 mo' days...i'm all fired up. just confirmed my center ice package for the year.......:beerbang: ...so i can rush home at 4:30 PM my time to catch the PHI cough up 3 goals in the first period........:beerbang: ...no better feeling than to push off some work until later to rush home to catch the 1P and your team gets drilled.....

Actually...I just checked to see who philly was playing....they are in Calgary for a 10 est start on Thursday....second half of a DH on CBC HNIC opener, so I'll be watching it after the Leaf/Sens game. Tough scheduling for them, starting in Calgary on National TV up here...

They open i believe with their first 3 games up in Canada. Vancouver, Calgary and i think Edmonton.

i love the sunday night HNIC game that is usually like Vancouver/Calgary or Vancouver/Detroit or something like that.....starts at 7PM my time or 6PM.......
