Kinda like Spiro at Olympic. He could give a fk about american laws. He's Albanian and does'nt have to woory about landing in the U S and getting picked up by authorities. But my question is, and I looked in the dictionary after seeing this word in that article, what the fuk is codified. Don't even look like a real word.
