Published on: 07/21/07 A 5-month-old baby girl was kidnapped at gunpoint Saturday morning from her Mississippi home and authorities think the kidnappers may be headed to the Atlanta area.<br />
The child, Madison Erickson, was taken during a home invasion from her adoptive parents by three masked kidnappers, said Jason Pack, a FBI spokesman. No one was injured during the kidnapping, he said.<br /> <table align="left" border="0" cellpadding="2" cellspacing="0" width="175"></table> The kidnappers were two women and one man, Pack said.<br />
Investigators believe the kidnappers may be headed to the Atlanta area after talking to family members and others, Pack said. He declined to elaborate on those interviews. Investigators are also looking to talk to the child's birth mother.<br />
Madison is white, with brown hair and brown eyes. She weighs 13 pounds. A picture of her is on the national Amber Alert site, <a href="http://www.amberalert.gov" target="_blank">AMBER Alert Home page</a>.<br />
Investigators are looking for a gold Pontiac Sunfire with the Mississippi license plate, 383-TSV.<br />
