    Rare Stock Opportunity

It's rare that you can get in on a stock BEFORE it has explosive growth. I think I've found a GREAT opportunity.

I'm noticing TONS of mobile e-commerce stuff going on and the same name keeps popping up: PAYPAL

Paypal is owned by Ebay and the stock is grossly underpriced by today's standards. Paypal is turning into a big player in the market and does exactly what Visa/Mastercard do; process transactions.

They're gaining huge momentum and look to be THE player when it comes to online transaction processing, which is a SUPER lucrative business.

The stock is at 40.19 today and I'd be REAL surprised if it wasn't one of the biggest movers and shakers over the next 10 years. This is not a stock to trade, it's one to BUY AND HOLD.

It'll be interesting to see if Ebay spins it off as well.

According to one analyst, at today's price, you're paying for the paypal part of the company and getting ebay (cash cow) for free.

I'm not completely positive that I understood this... But I THINK I heard that big box stores will be implementing the ability to use your email address (paypal) to do "cardless" transactions as well.

      Hey Kevin,

What did you ever do on your partygaming stock? I bought up a few shares at $4 when you recommended it but it hasn't really done much, did you eventually move out of it or are you still holding them? The landscape has def changed and you had sound logic in suggesting it as it seemed we were heading to eventual legalization a the time which I agree with your thought that it woudl of made the stock explode. Any thoughts if I should just keep them or dump them FWIW I don't have a large chunk invested in it, I'm very small time (put in $200).

Im still sitting on it at 2.32/share.

Party is in great position. They just got in cahoots with California indian tribes to run their online poker once it goes legal in the state. Cal will be one of the first to make online poker legal.

Not only am I not considering selling, Im looking to buy more. Party is also well positioned with vegas casinos I believe they're aligned with a land based casino in Vegas as well, although I dont know who that is.

There is a reason that they bailed out of the U.S. market and paid all of those fines. They didnt have to but they did. The reason they did is because they wanted to insure that they'd be in good standing with the US when it came time to for regulation. A real sharp move by a real sharp group.

Another great stock to throw a few bucks at is BREW.

Find a way to get your hands on a bottle of their Widmer Hefeweizen beer and you'll quickly understand why this is a good company to invest in. Their beer is incredible.

There's a brewfest on the east coast in June and I fully expect them to get some more exposure there.

Their tap Hef is WAY better than their bottled stuff, which is still really good. Its mostly served on the west coast, hence why most dont hear about it much. Cream always rises to the top, so it'll get its run in due time.

Kev, I'm looking at a stock right now that could take off. It's EGT entertainment gaming asia. They just opened a casino in Cambodia, there stock was only around .50 about 3 months ago and it closed Friday at .81. I haven;t bought it yet but am leaning strongly that way. Can't hurt to look at it.

Kevin - I can't find Party Gaming when searching Fidelity. What is the US ticker (I understand they are based in the UK, so how did you / do you buy into it?).

                Try PYGMF.PK

It's dropped a bunch since I posted my stock pick, which is really ironic, because nothing but good news has come out since I posted!

Interesting....it looks like PYGMF isn't something that's trading any longer? But I agree that the latest news does look promising. Wish there was a way to find the next great online poker company that one can legally purchase stock. I think that will be a boom once it goes online in the states. Look at NJ - Gov. Christie is about to legalize sportsbetting....what players are involved there? I'd like to buy into that if possible.

Playtech and Cryptologic are probably going to be big players.

Oddly enough, I cant find party's symbol either. It shows 0.00 on my stock tracker. No idea whats going on there. Maybe they changed their symbol?

Here's a fresh tidbit I found on the web today:

                    30 May 2012

The world’s largest listed online gambling operator, bwin.party digital entertainment, has announced that it intends to spend up to $50 million over the next two years to fund its expansion into the social games sector.
Gibraltar-based bwin.party has already agreed to purchase ‘a number of assets’ from Velasco Services Incorporated and Orneon Limited for $23 million, of which $17.25 million has already been paid, that should speed its entry into this market.
Bwin.party declared that these acquisitions include ‘a number of existing business-to-business social gaming contracts’ along with ‘significant software engineering resources’ that will form the foundation of its new Win social games studio complete with its own dedicated development teams.
“We have chosen a ‘build and partner’ strategy, one that provides us with both the resources and additional management expertise to execute our planned extension into social gaming, which is an exciting and fast growing area of digital entertainment that is the latest addition to our business strategy,” read a statement from Jim Ryan and Norbert Teufelberger, Co-Chief Executive Officers for bwin.party.
“We are focused on building a meaningful stand-alone enterprise that will operate outside our core real-money gaming business but which will benefit from the group’s significant resources and assets.
“Our investment will enable us to launch Win, our dedicated social gaming studio, with its own development centre that will increase our speed to market both for social as well as mobile games.
“Intent on securing a meaningful position in the marketplace, we expect a €5-€10m impact to clean earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation in 2012 and 2013. However, we are excited by the potential of this new market and believe we can deliver attractive returns in the medium-term through relatively modest investment funded from operating cashflow over the next 18 months.”
Bwin.party revealed that the former Chief Executive Officer for Myopia, Barak Rabinowitz, has been recruited to lead a specialist management team for its new Win social games subsidiary that is also set to include Alex Usach, Dennis Hettema, Dan Matkowski and Tilli Kalisky.

I'm not sure about your picks lately Kev! lol Cryptologic news - reading up further than what is posted, they apparently were being pursued to be purchased by a company called Amaya...anyway, here's the last of it:

As previously announced, on April 30, 2012, CryptoLogic received a NASDAQ Staff Deficiency Letter that, as a result of the resignations of two of its directors, CryptoLogic no longer complied with NASDAQ's audit committee requirements as set forth in NASDAQ Listing Rule 5605(c)(2), which requires that the audit committee be composed of at least three independent directors.

CryptoLogic intends to file a Form 25 with the SEC on June 15, 2012 relating to the delisting of the CryptoLogic Shares on the NASDAQ, with the delisting of the CryptoLogic Shares to be effective no sooner than ten days thereafter. Accordingly, CryptoLogic expects that the last day of trading of the CryptoLogic Shares on the NASDAQ will be on or about June 26, 2012. CryptoLogic has not arranged for its shares to be listed or quoted on any other U.S. national securities exchange or quotation medium.

On the effective date of the delisting, CryptoLogic plans to file a Form 15 to terminate the registration of the CryptoLogic Shares under Section 12(g) of the US Exchange Act. CryptoLogic will be eligible to terminate such registration because it has fewer than 300 record holders. Upon filing of the Form 15, CryptoLogic's obligation to file certain reports with the SEC, including Forms 20-F and 6-K, will immediately be suspended.

Capitalised terms used and not defined in this announcement have the same meanings given to them in the Offer Document dated 17 February 2012 and published on 21 February 2012.
