    Question about NBA/NHL Futures Wagers

    Have a few pending wagers for NBA and NHL futures. In light of the season suspensions, any idea how the books will handle these? Will they wait to see whether the seasons continue on or are cancelled?

      If future bets are made at a sportsbook offshore, you should check the rules and regulations for the particular book as they spell out what the qualifications for a future bet to be a live bet. It is a situation that is specific each book.

          I checked. Looks like all the books I used have the same approach. Just waiting to see whether the NBA/NHL resume at some point.

              As of today, they're holding to see if/when season resumes. I'm hearing they WANT to as soon as possible, but looking like 90 days.
