I use sportsbook.com and its been a smooth ride.
you'd have to check it out for details but off the top of my head I know there are no withdrawal fees for your first 3 withdraws each month.
I've never had a prob receiving withdrawals. Theyre sent FedEX (no xtra charge) and take 5 biz days or less to receive depending on where you live.
There are also a few informitive gambling tools, my favorite being the "betting trends" which displays percentages of the amount of money on a play (as opposed to covers or wagerline which provide the percentages of "Joes" on a play.)
They take c.c. easily as well.
Just tossing around an option. It costs nothing to join the site (and for that matter, play in their innumerable free contests as well, including free poker events like the daily March Madness Freeroll they are currently running) so you can check it out with no obligation.

Hey guys - great great news. I'm back in business! I hope it's not a fluke, but it was a pretty easy process once I figured out my options.

I funded with moneygram ($9.95 charge, which betus reimbursed).

I'm very happy with how everything was handled. I didn't have to give my SS#, so all is well!!!
