Purdue at Iowa information

Hi gang!

Long time, no chat.

Busier than ever with kids and job and rental properties etc etc.

But due to the damn snowstorm here in corn country today, I'm not at Senior Day at Kinnick Stadium like I would prefer to be.

Not only has 8 or more inches fallen already, its still snowing and the wind is blowing and its not supposed to let up until Monday. Ugh. A bit too early in the season for this crap, but Mother Nature is a bitch sometimes...

On with it already! The mob is getting restless....


I'm playing the under 54 in this game quite large today.



C.J. Beathard i still banged up with a nagging hip injury which will lead to Iowa pounding the ball all day against a very porous Boiler defense.
On defense, Iowa should contain the Purdue offense rather easily and I don't see them scoring many points today in very difficult conditions.
Iowa needs a win today to lock up their trip to the Big Ten championship game in Indianapolis next month and I see the Hawkeyes just doing enough to get the win and trying hard to not lose anyone to injury on Senior Day.

Buying this one back with a wager on the over 24.5 2nd half. Don't like Iowa's prevent defense and see some points getting scored this half...

that 2nd half line screams under to me. why not just make it 27 to get them back to the game total? books like 2nd half under..
