Just an awful season last year. Hitting over 60% before October, wife left me and got a divorce and then hit just about 42% on the year after. Since then I've moved on, bought a house, rescued a dog, and hitting every little lady I can get my hands on. :beerbang::beerbang:
Week One:
North Carolina +2 over South Carolina
*Word out of SC is the QB/WR play has been less than spectacular, and the OL/DL play was some of the worst in the country last year. Ole Ball Coach gets a lot of credit for overachieving in rivalries early in season, but that stops today.
TCU -16.5 over Minnesota
*Hard picking against Minnesota as this is a game some feel could keep the Gophers close. However, will TCU be able to keep the foot on the throat in an away game in front of sell-out crowd? These lines right off a key number are always a trap, but we'll see if the linesmakers are on it this early. Minnesota has a great set of CBs, and their QB play has been suspect, but he's a crafty one. I see TCU covering late.
Hawaii +7.5 over Colorado
* Colorado is bad SU in away games the last three years (3-35 I believe), and even though betting a Hawaii game is usually a crapshoot, but Colorado D seriously lacking in talent and missing their stud DT. Hawaii gets USC transfer and returns stud RB and WR back.
