I give the edge in this game to ARKANSAS STATE-1.5 (62)
This is a very balanced football team. Defensively they do a good job against both the run and the pass. They have the SUN BELT player of the year playing QB for them. ARK ST has four options in the run game which includes the QB who has over 700 yards on the ground this year. They have four guys who have carried the ball atleast 50 times this year who average atleast 4 yards per carry
Both these teams have good accurate kickers and Solid Running Games.
My lean is towards ARK STATE and APLIN -QB.
THey only have two losses
- Illinois first game of the year in a game they led 8-7 late in the second quarter
- They lost to V TECH early in the season. Gave up only a field goal in the second half of that ball game.
