Central Valley High School is only in it's second year of existence and they are about 22-4. This kid Foster is something else.

He is a junior this year. Ridiculous speed.

Thanks for the lead Bunk! I'll be he won't stay in-state and go to PSU either even though they will desperately need receivers for next season and he'd play as a frosh.....maybe we can lure him to Kent....LOL! Amazing thing is KSU did land a 3 star from PA:
