I think just giving the Rockets 20 points is a mistake. Oddsmakers to me are looking to deep into that game they played against Ohio State. Boise would crush this Buckeyes team. Toledo's Terrance Owens threw incomplete on fourth down from the OSU 17-yard line with 52 seconds left and they came up just short 27-22. In the game, Toledo had 14 penalties, a missed field goal and botched another field goal attempt. Ohio Stae was very lucky in this game. The key to me is Heisman hopeful Kellen Moore, he's proven he can win the big game and in this case the Rockets are not at that level, even @ home.
